Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot - ReviewFriday, March 18, 2016
If you read my recent fashion and beauty haul post (see that post here) you will have seen I purchased the Vichy Noraderm Hyaluspot as part of a 3 for 2 skin care deal at Boots. My skin has been awful over the last couple of months, it is extremely dry and dehydrated but for the first time in my life I have been suffering really badly from blemishes especially around my jawline but on other areas of my face also. This is a completely new problem for me because I have never ever suffered from blemishes even as a teenager, because my skin is so dry I have only ever had the odd blemish here and there but over the last couple of months all that has changed and I have been having a real problem with blemishes. I had tried a few different products to banish the blemishes but nothing was working and one day I was chatting to my friend Gemma and she suggested I try the Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot, I love Vichy as a brand and so far there isn't a product of theirs I haven't liked so I took Gemma's advice and picked some of the Hyaluspot up.
The Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot is enriched with hyaluronic acid to create an invisible and protective film on the surface of the skin, the hyaluronic acid works with antibacterial technology including salicylic acid and LHA to help reduce the appearance of spots, it's non-comedogenic and is paraben free. The Hyaluspot comes in a white tube and has a metal applicator, on the packaging it advises to use the metal applicator to apply the Hyaluspot to the blemishes but I find it more hygienic to apply it with my finger.
The Hyaluspot is a clear gel and has a very subtle scent, it applies well and feels cooling on the skin, I apply it to the area's of my face where I have blemishes after cleansing and toning my skin, the Hyaluspot sinks into my skin well and takes a few minutes to fully dry after applying, whilst it's drying I finish off my skin care routine, my make up applies well over the top of the Hyaluspot.
I haven't tried lots of blemish treatments because as I said I have never had a problem with blemishes until recently but over the last few months I have tried quite a few different things to try and combat the problem I've been having and I have to say the Hyaluspot is an incredible product and the best blemish treatment I have used, it is amazing. When I started to use the Hyaluspot I had a real problem with blemishes all along my jawline on the right side of my face, on my cheeks to the side of my nose and some on my forehead and a very sore one in-between my eyebrows, I used the Hyaluspot twice a day and after a couple of days I couldn't believe the difference, the hyaluronic acid in the product is hydrating meaning the skin around the blemish remains soft and doesn't dry out.
When I began using the Hyaluspot I had squeezed and picked the blemishes (naughty me) so the skin around them was dry and I had marks and scarring on my skin where the blemishes had been, I still had some problem blemishes and those cleared up within a couple of days and my skin on the whole, marks, scarring etc looked so much better and within a week of using it my skin was completely transformed.
Last week I had a lump under my skin, it was really sore and next to it I had a small white head blemish, I applied the Hyaluspot twice a day for 3 days and both blemishes completely disappeared, I am so impressed with this product, when I bought it I bought 2 because there was a 3 for 2 offer on skin care and I am so pleased to have a back up and will definitely be re purchasing, it is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend it highly enough, I have never used a product with such incredible results in such a short space of time and especially a blemish fighting product that doesn't also dry my skin out, the Normaderm Hyaluspot is absolutely amazing!
The Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot is available on the Look Fantastic website HERE where it is currently on offer for £7.00 (was £10.50) including delivery which is a brilliant price, it is also available on the Escentual website HERE for £8.90 (was £10.50) and is also available on the Boots website HERE for £10.50.
