The Curated Combination Subscription Box

Hello Lovelies

I'm pretty sure you have heard of a monthly subscription box. There are so many on the market from beauty boxes, boxes with food products, stationery boxes, wax melt boxes and many many more, they are very popular with bloggers and blog readers alike, and when a company has it's new box release for the month, there are many blog posts around sharing the contents of the box and reviews on the products included. Last month a new box launched, the Curated Combination box and today I am going to tell you all about it and let you know the products included in my May box.

Who Are Curated Combination?

Curated Combination are a new subscription box company, their boxes are made for bloggers by bloggers and Curated Combination is the brainchild of the lovely bloggers Katy and Sam

About The Curated Combination Boxes

Curated Combination are a monthly subscription box and each box contains 5 full sized products, you won't find any sample sizes or any of those tiny perfume samples some boxes have. There are 30 boxes available each month and they are sold on a first come first served basis and are priced at £12.50 including P&P. What's the catch? There isn't one, the only thing that Curated Combination ask is that if you feel you want to, you could please write a review on your box, but there is no obligation whatsoever and you really don't have to.

What I Received In My May Box

Makeup Geek Plush Matte Liquid Lipstick - £9.50

Makeup Geek Plush Matte In Beauty Queen

I was so surprised to see a Makeup Geek liquid lipstick in my box, but very pleasantly surprised. It is in the shade Beauty Queen, a gorgeous deep red shade, I love liquid lipsticks, so I can't wait to give this a try.

Portlebay Popcorn - £1.25

Portlebay Popcorn

I loved that there was something yummy in the box, this Portlebay Expresso Yourself flavoured popcorn was a nice touch and it is great to be able to try something new, unfortunately my family feel the same so fingers crossed I get to try some of this!

Ark Skincare Skinessential Pre Cleanse & Makeup Remover - £30.00

Ark Skincare Pre Cleanse & Makeup Remover

I'm sure you are already aware, I love trying new skincare brands and products, so I can't wait to try this pre cleanse and makeup remover from Ark, it claims to remove every last trace of makeup including waterproof mascara, I can't wait to find out if it lives up to it's claims.

Bramley Hand Cream With Lavender, Geranium & Petitgrain - £12.50

Bramley Hand Cream

I have really gotten into using hand cream this year and this huge bottle with a pump dispenser is going to be great to keep at the side of my bed to pop on at night.

Toni & Guy Cleanse Shampoo - £6.49

Toni & Guy Cleanse Shampoo

I love trying new hair products out so when I saw the Toni & Guy shampoo and conditioner, I was really pleased, everything I have tried from the brand so far has been lovely so I am sure these will be too.

Toni & Guy Cleanse Conditioner - £6.49

Gosh Infinity Eyeliner (Carbon Black) - £6.99

Gosh Infinity Eyeliner In Carbon Black

I adore Gosh makeup and am already lucky enough to own some of these eyeliners, so to have a new black one is great. I love how they have a pencil on one end and a smudge tool on the other, it's so handy.

Superdrug Tote Bag - Free

Superdrug Tote Bag

I love cloth tote bags, they are so easy to pop into my handbag and very useful now we pay for our carrier bags and this was a welcome edition to the box, it's a bright coral shade so perfect for summer too.

So those are all the items I received in my May box and the grand total of all the products combined is a whopping £73.22 which is amazing considering the box is priced at just £12.50 including postage and packaging, the hand cream is £12.50 so in effect you're getting all the other products for free which is brilliant.

I think these boxes will be really popular and considering they are sold on a first come, first served basis, if you fancy getting your hands on the June box which is now for sale, then I would hurry scurry and place your order, the box I received is the May box and is no longer available but judging on how great it is, I can only imagine the June box being just as good.

Another good thing about these boxes is, you don't have to sign up to a monthly subscription service, so should you just want to try one box or you might fancy a few throughout the year, you can pick and choose when you order. Boxes are posted out on the 20th of the month and if you have any questions at all, you can check out the Curated Combination website, where you'll find all the info you need, and if not, there's a handy "contact us" page.

So that's my first ever Curated Combination subscription box, I am really pleased with it and would definitely recommend checking the boxes out, there was no obligation for me to write a blog post on the box but I thought it was so good, I would share it with you. I have already tried a couple of things from the box, but if you would like a review of any of the products from the box, please let me know.

If you would like to try a box, you can order from the Curated Combination website here.

Thank you for reading, much love as always

Zoë x
