I don't use tweezers to pluck my eyebrows very often, since I have my brows waxed and tinted, I tend to leave them alone between appointments, and to be honest, they just don't grow at all, so I only have them waxed and tinted around 2 or 3 times a year, but both my girls use tweezers for their brows as they pluck their own. I do use tweezers for other things, like stray hairs, or the odd brow hair that's visible on occasion. They're also great for lots of other things, including applying false lashes and nail art, even peeling off stickers and removing splinters usually from Simons fingers after he's been gardening or doing DIY, but they are a handy thing to have even if I don't use them to pluck my brows and today I want to share a great set of tweezers myself and my daughters have been trying out.
The Brushworks Combination Tweezer Set £6.75 contains 4 pairs of tweezers, all different and very pretty colours too, not that that matters too much but it is nice when something is aesthetically pleasing isn't it?
The set contains 4 pairs of tweezers -
∙Slanted Tweezers - Perfect for tidying up stray hairs on larger areas.
∙Slanted Point Tweezers - A multi-purpose tweezer for tidying and grooming your arches.
∙Straight Tweezers - Perfect for holding false eyelashes in place and applying delicate nail art.
∙Pointed Tweezers - A precision tweezer ideal for ingrown hairs and removing splinters.
On the back of the packaging there is information on the tweezers and images of each one.
All the tweezers are brilliant and perform really well, I have used the slanted tweezers to pluck a stray hair or two from my brows (I do usually try not to touch them since they refuse to grow as it is) and I found them really good, they are sharp and pluck the brow hairs easily and without effort. My girls particularly like using them for plucking their brows and for applying false lashes, but my eldest likes to create nail art looks and has also used them for applying gems to her nails. This is such a fabulous kit and an amazing price for four pairs of tweezers too.
If you would like to try this fabulous tweezer set, you can find it on the All Beauty website for £6.75 which is a brilliant price for a set of four tweezers of this standard.
