I haven't written a fashion haul for quite some time so I thought I would share some of the things I picked up to wear over the winter months. I actually bought all the things in this haul way back in September and October but they are all still available and I thought that since Christmas is upon us (2 more sleeps) if you do like something I share, it may be a little cheaper now or after Christmas Day. I will link all the items I share and tell you the sizes they are available in as I always find this helpful with fashion hauls. I hope you like what I've been wearing the last few months.
Also I find it really hard to take photographs of clothing so if you would like to see any of the items on, drop me a comment and I will pop pics up for you.
Primark
Denim Pinafore - £12.00 - Primark
I saw this pinafore on the lovely Pam's Instagram and loved it, I have to say she looked a lot better in it that I do but I really liked it. My daughter Cole found it for me and picked it up and I love it, I looks lovely with tights and boots and a plain or striped top underneath. I went for a size 20 in it and it fits perfectly, it is available in sizes 4-20 and also available in black and burgundy too, the burgundy is corduroy and not denim.
ASOS
Rainbow Stripe Maxi Dress - Was £25.00 - Now £18.50 - ASOS
I wear mine with converse and a denim or leather jacket for reference and I am 5ft 5" and mine is ankle length. If you shop in the petite rage at ASOS this is now down to £9.50 so even more of a bargain. I have a size 18 and the dress is available in sizes 4 to 18 in the regular range and 2 upward in the petite range.
Curve Smock Dress In Contrast Animal Print - Was £25.00 Now £17.50 - ASOS
This is another dress I was unsure of but as soon as it arrived and I tried it, I loved it and it is very comfortable to wear, being a size 18/20 I am able to shop in the regular and curve ranges at ASOS and this is from the Curve range, what I like about ASOS is that they sell a lot of their clothes across their ranges so for example the rainbow striped dress was available in their regular, petite, tall and curve range but this is exclusive to curve so available in sizes 18 to 30. I have size 18 and it fits really well and comes just above my knee. This dress looks great with tights and boots and a leather jacket.
Crew Neck Slim Fit Ribbed Top - £12.00 - ASOS
This simple black top looks great with jeans or leggings or under the denim pinafore. I picked it up because I needed a long sleeve black top and couldn't find one I liked elsewhere. It is available in sizes 4 to 18 and in other colours and in the curve range too. I have size 18 for reference and it covers my bottom too so looks good with leggings.
Next
Faux Leather Jacket - £50.00 - Next
I have needed a new "leather" jacket since last winter but couldn't find one I like, and my last one came from Next and I wore it to death and it lasted me well for 4 years but I wore it for 5 although I really shouldn't have. I decided if my old one lasted well then this one should too. It is available in sizes 6 to 22 and comes in regular, petite and tall. I have only worn mine once, not getting out much means I don't get to wear things and mine is still at that "needs breaking in" stage that comes with a pleather jacket but once I have moulded it I'm sure it will be fine. It comes to my hips and fits nicely, I have a size 20 and usually always get a size 22 in coats and jackets from Next but it was way to big so maybe size down in this.
This is such a simple top to wear and looks great with leggings or jeans, I wear mine with blue jeans or black leggings and boots, converse or my Ugg boots. I sized up to a size 22 in this top, I originally ordered a size 20 and it was ok but didn't cover my derriere and me and leggings without a long top isn't a good idea so I sized up and it's quite big but looks really nice. It is available in sizes 6 to 26, in petite, regular and tall.
Rose Mesh Long Sleeve Top - £16.00 Next
I really like this top, it is quite simple but looks lovely on, especially with a white or coloured cami underneath as the print is see through, you need to wear a cami or other top underneath unless you're comfortable with showing your bra which I'm not and nobody needs to see. The top is available in 5 colours and is lovely, they had a short sleeved on in the summer which I wish I'd got now but hey ho. I have a size 20 and it is available in sizes 6 to 26 and in petite, regular and tall.
Unfortunately I didn't take photographs of these boots so I have used the photographs from the Next website, but I wanted to share these boots with you because I had seen them online and wouldn't have purchased them, but I went in store and tried them on and they were so comfortable and looked so nice I bought them. I struggle so much with my feet and am in a lot of pain and this affects the shoes I am able to wear, I spend most of my life in Uggs and haven't found a pair of boots that are comfortable in years. These I can put on from standing by just slipping my foot in, I don't need to sit down and someone yank them on, they are so comfortable and look so much nicer in person too. I also got them wet through recently and they dried well, I brushed them with a suede brush and they look good as new. They are also available in tan, nude pink and leopard print and I honestly can't recommend them enough, they are available in sizes 3.5 to 9 and come in half sizes and wide fit too.
So that's my winter haul, I hope you liked it and maybe found something you like. I haven't bought anything fashion or beauty related since the middle of October but let me know if you enjoy fashion hauls as I share my beauty hauls with you but always forget about fashion, so if you enjoy them I will share them with you.
What fashion items have you picked up lately? And what did you like best in my haul? Let me know in the comments below.
