I discovered Joan Collins beauty for the first time at the end of 2016 and since then have tried quite a few products and have been really impressed. Today I have some products I think will make ideal gifts this Christmas.
The Joan Collins Timeless Beauty Compact Duo is a two in one product containing a setting powder and lipstick, the lipstick in the duo I have is Suzy Starr a bright coral toned shade which is perfect for me as I love coral, but any of the Joan Collins Divine Lipsticks fit into the compact meaning you can tailor it to which ever shade of lipstick you are wearing. The duo is also available in a bronzer option if that is more suitable for you.
The art deco packing of the compact is stunning as is the packaging of the lipstick and this would make such a lovely gift for someone. The powder is lovely and despite me having very dry skin, it doesn't settle into any dry patches or fine lines. The lipstick is extremely nourishing and feels moisturising on the lips. It doesn't bleed or feather and looks lovely.
The powder and lipstick are purchased separately so you can choose the lipstick for the compact which I think is a really good idea.
Joan Collins Timeless Beauty Divine Lips Lipstick - £18.00
I have two of the Divine Lips Lipsticks to share with you today and the first one is Fontaine, a hot pink cream shade, it is lovely and perfect for all year round, if you like a pop of colour this is perfect and like all the Divine lipsticks, Fontaine feels lovely and moisturising on the lips, these lipsticks are lovely, the packaging is stunning but the formula is lovely and despite being so nourishing they do last well on the lips.
Rosy is less bright than Fontaine but is another lovely pink shade, neither shade look entirely like the shade on the side of the box but I love that they have the image on the box with the shade as I keep the boxes that my products come in so it's an easy way of knowing I've got the right shade without squinting at the bottom of the lipstick for the shade name. Rosy has the exact same formula as Fontaine and is a lovely shade, it is a pretty pink shade that looks lovely with any makeup look. The lipsticks are available in 16 shades and are all named after characters Joan has played on screen throughout her career.
Joan Collins Timeless Beauty Glorious Lip Gloss - £18.00
The Glorious Lip Gloss in the shade Piper is a lovely rosy pink shade with a slight lilac pearlescence. It is stunning, it has a doe foot applicator and applies with ease and isn't messy at all. It is opaque and could be worn alone or over a lipstick but it is opaque enough to wear alone. There are 6 shades available.
The Joan Collins Timeless beauty products all have stunning packaging and make beautiful Christmas gifts, I always think there's something nice about having lovely packaging and these certainly have that, I haven't disliked anything I have tried yet from the range and as well as these products there are lots of other lovely items too, you can find the range online and in store at Marks & Spencer.
Have you tried any of these products or any of the Joan Collins products? Which out of these products would you most like to find under your Christmas tree? Let me know in the comments below.
