Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer

Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer

Hello Lovelies

Filling my brows in was never really something I did until around 2 years ago when my daughter Cole told me that my brows "framed my face" and I should fill them in more often, since then I started to fill my brows in each time I applied my makeup and I have used a variety of different products to fill in my brows so when I received the Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer from Silk Oils Of Morocco I was intrigued to see what the product was and how it worked.

Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer

The packaging of the Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer is a gold coloured box and inside the box is a small plastic bottle with a gold lid, on the bottle is the Silk Brow Of Morroco logo and the weight of the product which is 4g. The applicator of the product is attached to the lid with the powder in the bottle which is clear, showing the shade of the product through the bottle.

The Silk Oil Of Morocco Fibre Brow Enhancer acts as an instant brush on brow extension, it is designed to fill, sculpt, thicken and define over plucked, thinning or fair eyebrows. Tiny fibres work in conjunction with an ultra fine coloured powder to enhance the natural brow and help to achieve the desired brow shape.

The Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer is available in 4 shades, light, medium, dark and extra dark, the shade I received was medium which was unfortunately too dark for my fair brows but I used it so I could see how the product applied and wore and to enable me to give you a thorough review. My daughter Lissy has brown hair and medium is a great shade for her,  she also used it so she could tell me her thoughts as it is the right shade for her.

The Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer applied well, the applicator it comes with is easy to use and filled the fuller parts of my brows in really well, to fill in the ends of my brows where my brows are really sparse I popped some of the powder onto the back of my hand and used an angled brush to apply the powder as the tip of the applicator was a little dense for my very sparse brows. If you have a full brow the applicator would be fine to fill in your whole brow but if like me you don't have much of a brow "tail" an angled brush is best for that area of the brows.

As I said the shade medium is too dark for me but my daughter has used the powder as it is the correct shade for her and she really liked it, she found using the applicator easy but used a brush for her brow tail as she is like me and her brows are very sparse in that area, we both found the powder easy to use, it applies well and brushes through the brows nicely, I always brush my brows through with a spoolie brush once I've applied product and the powder brushes through nicely and evenly. Lissy said the powder wears well on the brows all day and it removes with ease with either a makeup wipe, cleanser or micellar water, both myself and Lissy use a makeup wipe to remove the majority of our makeup before cleansing and the makeup wipe removed the brow powder with ease without the need for scrubbing.

Overall I think the Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer is a lovely product, it's easy to use, the brows are filled in nicely, it looks lovely on the brows and wears well all day. If you like filling your brows,  I would definitely give this a go, it's not hard to use at all and looks great.

You can find the Silk Fibre Brow Enhancer on the Boots website HERE for £19.99 available in 4 shades.

Thank you for reading, much love as always
